We present a new method for generating single-read, full-length virus genomes by combining an improved Random Circular Amplification-based virus enrichment protocol with Single Molecule Real Timesequencing and a new sequence de-concatenation method. We demonstrate CIDER-Seq by producing more than 250 full-length geminivirus genomes from symptomatic field-grown plants. ER -
