Abstract
A simple method of creating a highly directional anti-tumor immunity is proposed. It is shown that under the influence of ultrasound of small and medium intensity, it is possible to tear off antigens from the cell surface (surface antigens (SA)). It was found that the immunogenicity of these SAs is not less than the immunogenicity of intact cells. These results give a new opportunity for creating specific, acute-directed immunity against malignant tumors.
