AUTHOR CONTRIBUTIONS: FDE, MAP, and ESE conceived the research plans and conducted the phenotypic screening; FDE and MAP conducted the greenhouse screening and phenotyping of the diversity panel and haplotype analysis. FDE conducted the GWAS analysis, transcriptome meta-analyses, including microarray processing, gene network construction, pathway enrichment analysis; and metabolite profiling.
