We developed OrthoFinder (https://github.com/davidemms/OrthoFinder), which achieves higher ortholog recall than all current methods as assessed by community-standard benchmarks. Uniquely, OrthoFinder also infers orthogroups, genes trees, gene duplication events, the rooted species tree and extensive comparative genomic statistics, thus enabling the next generation of phylogenomic analyses.
