Researchers can use the G-OnRamp output to visualize large genomics datasets, and can utilize the output to drive collaborative genome annotation projects in both research and educational settings.Availability and Implementation The G-OnRamp virtual machine images and tutorials are freely available on the G-OnRamp web site (http://g-onramp.org/deployments).
