Reproducible research on TBK1 has been hampered by the lack of well characterized antibodies. In this study, we characterized 11 commercial antibodies for immunoblot, immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation, using a knock-out cell line as the control. For each application, we identified several potent and selective antibodies that will facilitate studies on TBK1.Competing Interest StatementThe authors have declared no competing interest.
