AB Flap-Enabled Next-Generation Capture (FENGC), a novel targeted DNA capture technique, has been applied to Arabidopsis root samples from the Advanced Plant Experiment-04 - Epigenetic Expression (APEX-04) experiment onboard the International Space Station (ISS).
