Able to switch between hyperspectral and normal imaging modes in seconds without realignment, it is built around a commercial inverted microscope frame for ease-of-use. Performance is demonstrated on a variety of samples; utility is shown by performing highly-multiplexed fluorescence microscopy, and the sensitivity and resolution is highlighted by rapidly taking spontaneous Raman maps of micro-plastics and zebrafish embryos.Competing Interest StatementThe authors have declared no competing interest.
