We introduce BIAFLOWS, a web based framework to encapsulate, reproducibly deploy, and benchmark automated bioimage analysis workflows. BIAFLOWS helps diffusing and fairly comparing image analysis methods, hence safeguarding research based on their results by enforcing highest quality standards.
