AB We present a versatile tiling light sheet microscope with advanced multicolor 3D imaging ability to image cleared tissues rapidly at cellular to subcellular spatial resolutions. The microscope is capable to adjust the spatial resolution and imaging speed conveniently based on needs, and it aligns semi-automatically to ensure the optimal imaging result regardless the imaging conditions and user skills. We demonstrate the microscope by imaging mouse organs and human tissue cleared by different methods.
