Novel FGFR2 fusion genes in NCI-H716 colorectal cancer cell line. The following novel fusion genes have been found in the NCI-H716 colorectal cancer cell line using FusionCatcher: COL14A1-FGFR2, FGFR2-COL14A1, PVT1-FGFR2, TATDN1-DEPTOR, MTSS1-COL14A1, NUCKS1-PM20D1, AL121578.2-SYTL5, UBE3A-ATP10A, COL14A1-FAM84B, and FAM84B-COL14A1.
