The novel FGFR2 fusion genes (i.e.FGFR2-ULK4, FGFR2-CEACAM5, CTNNB1-FGFR2,GCNT3-FGFR2, SNX19-FGFR2) were found in KATOIII cell line. Other novel fusion genes found are: CTNNB1-ULK4, PAFAH1B2-SIK3, C3orf37-MECOM, FOXA2-LINC00261, FOXA2-LINC00261, EP400-NCOR2, UBA2-WTIP, and ANAPC15-LAMTOR1.
